Born in North India, Noumi served as a cook there for 10 years with specialties in Curry and Tandoori Dishes. He followed his passion to St. Martin as a cook from 2001 until 2009, and was later promoted to Manage one of St. Martin's top restaurants. As Operations Manager at A Taste of India, he trains the staff to be the best, making it one of the top restaurants here in the British Virgin Islands
